To optimize your time in the treatment room during your first visit, please fill out the appropriate New Patient Form beforehand and email it to info@heartspringhealth.com, or bring it with you to your appointment. Please arrive 20 minutes early if you plan to complete your paperwork at the clinic.

*Coverage for acupuncture services depends not only on which insurance company you are with, but also on your particular plan for the year. Reception at Heart Spring Health can provide verification of your acupuncture benefits when you schedule your initial visit one or more weeks in advance. We also encourage you to call your insurance company directly so that you can feel informed and confident about your particular coverage.
Payment
For those without acupuncture benefits, I offer a small discount for paying out of pocket at the time of service. Sliding scale pricing may also be available for those suffering financial hardship. Please contact me with questions/concerns regarding payment and I will be happy to work with you.
